Eye-Orbit
This section describes orbital tumor surgeries. The eyeball is located within a pyramid-shaped bony structure. Eye surgeries are performed by ophthalmologists. We perform surgeries on tumors located within the orbit, in addition to the eyeball itself. The orbit contains the nerves, muscles, arteries and veins that move the eye, and the tear gland. These structures are situated within a dense fat pad. Orbital surgeries require specialized attention. Depending on the location of the tumor, the orbit is accessed from the brain, the outside, the cheek, or the inside of the nose.
In this section, you can find various information and see examples related to orbital tumors.
